What a Week of AI Training Does for a VP and Their Team
If you run a finance, accounting, or tax function, you already feel the squeeze. More reporting, more entities, more compliance, more questions from leadership, and the same headcount you had last year. Everyone keeps telling you AI is the answer. Almost no one tells you what to actually do about it, or how to get your team using it without a six-month project and a consultant invoice.
That is the gap our free week is built to close, and it is built with people in your seat in mind.
The problem is not tools. It is capability.
Your team does not need another dashboard or another subscription. They need to know how to build and run AI agents on the work they already do: the reconciliations, the categorizations, the month-end close steps, the variance write-ups, the endless data cleanup. When one of your senior people can build an agent that turns a three-hour task into a fifteen-minute review, that is capacity you did not have to hire for.
That is the whole idea. Not AI as a buzzword, AI as capacity.
What actually happens in the week
It is five days, one hour a day, live at 3 PM Central with AI guru Steve Cunningham, and every session is recorded. Your team goes from using AI agents to building their own, on real finance and accounting work. No engineering background required. By the end of the week, each person has built working agents they own and keep, not a slide deck about what might be possible someday.
And because it is recorded, a busy close week does not knock anyone out. They watch live when they can and catch the replay when they cannot.
Why VPs specifically send their teams
A few things tend to matter to someone leading a function:
Capacity without headcount. The agents your team builds take the repetitive work off their plates, which is the cheapest capacity you will ever add.
A team that levels up together. When your people learn this side by side, they build a shared language and start improving each other's agents. The capability compounds instead of living in one person's head.
Retention and morale. Your best people want to do judgment work, not data entry. Handing them the skill to automate the grind is one of the most concrete development investments you can offer, and it signals you are taking their growth seriously.
Real risk control. Agents built by your own team, on your own processes, keep the logic and the data where you can see it, rather than scattered across random tools and personal accounts.
And it costs you nothing. No card, nothing renews. You are welcome to bring your whole team.
The honest math for a leader
One hour a day, for five days. A team that comes out the other side building their own AI agents on your actual work. Capacity you did not have to hire for, people who feel invested in, and a function that is measurably faster at the parts that used to eat the week.
That is a strong return on five hours of your team's time.
