• Certified Payroll and Prevailing-Wage Report. WH-347-style certified payroll and the statement of compliance for Davis-Bacon and state public jobs.
• Change Order Log and Margin-Impact Tracker. Every change order, approved or at risk, and its hit to contract value and margin. This one stops the number-one cause of contractor profit leak: unbilled and unapproved changes.
• Bonding and Surety Readiness Package. The WIP-based financial package a surety actually asks for, with the ratios they watch, so you can protect and grow your bonding capacity.

Cost it, bill it, pay the crew, and prove the firm to a banker or bonding agent. That is a complete contractor system, and it goes live today at noon.
