Recipe: Pumpkin Surprise (My Favorite)

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup canned milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 large can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix together:

1 cup yellow cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1 egg.  Press into the bottom of a floured cake pan.

Mix:

1 large can pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 2/3 cup canned milk and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.  Spread over the cake mixture.

Combine:

1 cup cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Sprinkle over the top of cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
